Reservations & Deposits Minimum Stay is 5 nights in any one condo & house You must submit a Rental Reservation Request. Upon receipt of your Rental Reservation Request we will notify you within 48 hours with confirmation and all details. A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation. Reservation deposit is to be made by bank transfer. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival A security deposit is required upon arrival.
