The kitchen is very roomy and great for entertaining, it opens to the dining room and has a large bar height island. There are four spacious bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom which is attached to the double queen room. The fifth bedroom is smaller than any of the others but has a private bathroom with a shower, intended by the architect as the maids quarters it is situated apart from the other bedrooms. This fifth bedroom room comes equipped with two twin beds which can be made into a king, suitable for children or a couple.

The master bedroom has its own terrace and bathroom with tub and shower.
